At Glade Optics, we stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your original shipping box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
After our team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
